About

We build practical technology for small businesses.

Yimtor is a company that builds practical technology and services for small businesses and working people in Thailand. Our Thai name, ‘ยิ้มต่อ’, means “a smile that carries on.”

What we do

We help with two everyday scenes: the shop and the ride

We run ThaiQROrder, a QR ordering and POS service for restaurants and cafés, and Smile Taxi Service, a ride booking service that connects customers and drivers. We will keep adding the services a small business needs every day, such as bookings, customer management and work automation.

By offering good technology at a fair price, we aim to close the technology gap that comes with a business’s size and budget. We take repetitive work and needless burdens off business owners so they can focus on their work and have more room in their lives.

Our name

ยิ้มต่อ — a smile that carries on

‘ยิ้ม’ (yim) means smile and ‘ต่อ’ (tor) means to carry on. Yimtor is simply the Thai name written in Latin letters. It is our promise to be a company where the smile from one better day passes on—from a customer to a shop, from a driver to a family.

What we believe

Three principles we work by

  1. 01

    Technology everyone can use

We design features and prices so that even a small shop can adopt and use them easily.

  2. 02

    Solutions the work actually needs

We listen to the real difficulties of our customers and keep improving services that are used every day.

  3. 03

    A business that grows together

We build fair relationships with customers, drivers and staff, and share the benefits of growth with the community.

Technology shows its value when someone’s day gets better. When an owner’s work gets easier, a driver gets more chances and a customer feels safe—Yimtor’s smile carries on too.

Direction

Where we are going

  • From two services to a small business’s whole day

Starting with orders and rides, we will turn the work small businesses face every day—bookings, customer management, work automation—into services.

  • Keeping prices fair

No business should miss out on good technology because of its size or budget. We keep prices at a level where even a small shop can start without worry.

  • Sharing the benefits of growth

In 2027 Smile Taxi plans to start “Smile Return Journey” on a few Isan routes: cars that drive empty back from long trips out of Bangkok and Pattaya will offer free or supported rides to elderly people and families who find travel hard.
