- Pay straight away with a PromptPay QR for the exact bill
The shop
- A loud alert for every new order
- Kitchen tickets (optional printer) and a bill per table
- Settle the bill and clear the table in one step
- Menu, sales, accounting and stock in the owner portal on a computer

Payments
The money goes straight to the shop
PromptPay QR — free
A PromptPay QR for the exact bill pays straight into the shop’s account. The guest taps “I’ve paid” and the shop checks the amount in its banking app.
Online payment — 2.0
Shops take PromptPay and cards through their own Stripe account. The only fees are Stripe’s (PromptPay 1.65%, Thai cards 3.65% + ฿10, foreign cards 4.75% + ฿10); ThaiQROrder takes no cut and never holds the shop’s money.
Version 2.x
From a single stall to a chain of branches
Bill splitting and pay-first
Guests pay the whole bill, split it evenly or pay only for their dishes from the QR. Shops can also ask guests to pay before ordering.
Shop website
Choose from 18 designs and take reservations, pickup and delivery (distance-based fees in up to 8 bands).
Self-order kiosk
Guests order on a tablet and pay by PromptPay QR, card or at the counter.
Staff accounts and branches
Staff sign in with their own number and only get the rights the owner gives them. Head office sees every branch’s sales on one page.
Accounting and stock
Costs, profit and loss, helpers for VAT (ภ.พ.30) and income tax (ภ.ง.ด.90/94), and ingredient stock that goes down with sales.
Webhooks
Order events can be sent to the shop’s other systems. The developer documentation is public.
